At Teeccino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your herbal coffee and tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer loyalty team via email or our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
